what will it look like while in action; shooting?
sure it'll be fancy shooting lasers but think of the lag with a lot of engineers on a server. Also, how will the rockets play out? I cant't think of much more to ask. ps. AWESOME DISIGN i've never seen another submition for the PDA other than stock. That reminds me, what will the PDA look like? That's all thank you

Continous fire on single enemy with like Heeyt said Cow Mangler and Pomson-esque rockets shooting at ??% of an interval?

maybe the intervals @ which it would shoot the rockets would be similar to the cow mangler or pomson

Maybe it will not shoot rockets at all, it could be one of the weapons disadventages.

I think that the PDA could have like electro zappy thingys coming out of it like the end of the cow mangler and eureka effect. Also could there be a new destruction PDA like it.
