Reading a book does not complete 2 levels of skill your about 0.15 off completing the second Level. It used to be fine not sure whats changed.

When reading Level 3, 4 and 5 books you keep getting kicked off the multiplayer server with a Type 9 error. You can log back in and keep reading and it will happen again 4-5 time before the book is completely read
