Read this if your character patches one hole and then stops

The solution keeps getting buried in the comments when new people ask so I'm making a topic.

DO NOT USE "TRAIN TAILORING" ON CLOTHING THAT ALREADY HAS HOLES IN IT.

Use the command on a piece that HAS NO HOLES.
