И по всей карте маленькие квадратики без текстур (кажется словно на их месте должны быть какие то декали)

Самая верхняя ступенька на второй лестнице, сломанная и через неё необходимо прыгать.

The metal textures was glowing or shining whatever so I used mat_specular 0 to fix it. Why is it like that ?

dont know if this is just me but one of the spawns spawns you stuck inside a trash pile and i have to crouch to get out
