These models don't seem to be missing for me and other users. Can you verify it's not an issue on your end by reinstalling the addon and disabling other addons?

I unpacked your addon, experimented with "WorldModel",
I came to the conclusion that it is these models that are not displayed in the world but have a collision, Weight, etc. from the mdl file.
