Zheng Jiang:
Zheng Jiang, just like the other Bandit major factions, has undergone changes to make her more interesting and more AI friendly.
  • Zheng Jiang can raze settlements and gain more infamy and loot from it.
  • Zheng Jiang's AI gain +5 infamy per turn, to help sustain the resource better and not remain debuffed.
  • Zheng Jiang gains a unique Bandit Bundle that reduces her mustering turns by -1 and reduces cost to occupy deserted regions by -75%.

Zhang Yan:
Zhang Yan changes:
  • Zhang Yan's unique buildings have been vastly improved. Now increases unit caps from their respective focus and also increases post battle loot income factionwide regardless what path you take.
  • Zhang Yan gains a unique Bandit Bundle that reduces upkeep cost of all bandit units by -10% factionwide.

Yan Baihu:
Yan Baihu changes:
  • Yan Baihu's unique resource now provides public order(+1/+3/+6/+9), standardized the reform costs reduction(5%/10%/15%/20%) for all bandit reform categories and added scaling research rate(5%/10%/15%/20%).
  • Yan Baihu gains a unique Bandit Bundle that increases replenishment rate for all units by +5%.

Bandit Research Rate
A weird text issue, time to fix
  • Bandit research rate had a weird text issue. It says "+20% cost to establish", which sounds like a debuff. Instead of "cost", it now says "rate". Much clearer.

Buildings
Replenishment Public order bonuses have been changed:
  • All minor settlement camp extensions increase prestige by +10. (Food tent, which gave +15, now gives +10 instead.)
  • Preparatory Camp now increases campaign movement range for local armies by +25%.
  • Shanyue Camp now increases rate of which tribe researches are researched instead of reduced (a bug fixed)
  • Bandit Chain buildings now also increase corruption in enemy nearby commanderies.

Public Order Replenishment
Replenishment Public order bonuses have been changed:
  • High public order = max +5% replenishment (from -10%)
  • Low public order = max -5% replenishment (from +10%)
  • Low public order for Han factions increase Damage (+5%/+10%/+15%), Morale (+3/+6/+9) of nearby enemy bandit units.

Faction rank bonuses
More ways to gain public order have been added:
  • Faction rank: Starting from "raider" gives up to +6 public order at max rank.
  • Faction rank: Yan Baihu is excluded from this. Integrated into his unique resource instead.

Court position changes
Court positions for bandits has had their bonuses changed:
  • Increased food production bonuses from Chief Smuggler court position from 5% to 25% and reduced loot bonus from 10 to 2

Character skills
Bandit character's skills has had their bonuses changed:
  • Two Skills that increased loot for bandits has been significantly reduced (from +10 loot to +5 loot).

Technology changes
Reserves in cities has had their bonuses changed:
  • Technology: "Adherents to Prince Jing of Chengyang" now grants +2 public order factionwide.
  • Technology: "Warriors of the Peaceful heaven" now grants +2 public order factionwide.
  • Technology: "Healers of Qizhou" now grants +2 public order factionwide.

loot bonuses and debuffs
Loot stockpile bonuses and debuffs is changed:
  • High Loot stockpile no longer reduces campaign movement range by maximum -25%. -25% is huge and it makes it almost impossible to run away when attacking on the campaign map. Now the maximum is -5%.
  • To compensate, normal loot stockpile state does nothing. Previously gave +10% campaign movement range.

It can be brutally difficult when the mod gets more and more complex. I don't always succeed, but I do my best! Thanks for the encouragement!
