does the animation have settings to make sure all the zeds twitch?

i want them to be more freaky and not just a random change. i have not seen any do the new animation yet and im unsure how to get it to work

Subscribe to the mod, activate it in the mods tab, restart the game and then start playing
And yes its work in multiрlayer
