Some recipes require more propane than what a torch can actually store

A lot of recipes for tunning the bus require more than 10 propane. The maximum a propane torch can hold is only 10.

This is a bug that base Zomboid has with the calculation of propane. You need to download the propane torch fix mod that changes 0/10 to 0/100
