Thinking the Succubus/Devil commander recruitment maybe should half the %chance of showing up and to add an gold dice variable since they are a level 2 caster/charm assassin that targets rear line units.

I cannot seem to use ritual "Gather Sinners"
I tried to use Hellaforming rituals to place it but nothing changes.
