The Firing speed makes this a direct upgrade from zatochi (I'm aware Pyro can't use Zatochi)
I would recommend a damage decrease of 10% if firing speed is added.
Although none of this probably matters because Valve don't care :D

Thats my opinion as the creator. You sacrifice damage for firing speed which depending on your situation and playstyle is a fair trade off.

I'd say it should be have a slower firing speed but has an increased range. It's a longer weapon, it would only make sense!

Pfft,this should be a direct buff to stock.
Pyro melee is underpowered,so why not give it no downsides except for Honorbound?

Yellow Herb,Idea 1 sounds fair except for the on miss attribute.-40 firing speed on miss makes it not really worth the insane buffs.

On Kill: Absorb energy from enemy player.
After three kills, release a high-damaging magic bomb using alt fire.

I Thought something about:
+100% move speed while weapon is active
+50% fire rate
-80% damage
on kill restores full HP
pyro loses 10 HP for every miss or 1 hp for 2 sec

i thought running samurai pyro would be great

and maybe if u wear a full set u will get something like a 2 hp for sec so u want lose a hp and it would worlk like a medic but slower

Four consecutive hits within a short duration apply a bleed for 5 seconds
+10% attack speed

CONS
-20% damage

Rundown:
Hitting an enemy 4 times quickly will apply a bleed
Does less damage

Idea 2 [/b]


PROS
Three consecutive hits within a short duration provide a 15% movement speed buff

CONS
-15% damage

Rundown:
Hitting an enemy 3 time quickly will increase player speed by 15%
Does not stack. Does less damage.

Idea 3[/b]


PROS
+10% of max health (15) every 20 seconds
Killing an enemy instantly heals 20% of max health.


/CONS
-50 Max health (150)
Honorbound: Cannot be sheathed until it takes a life

Rundown: (My favorite idea)
Every 20 seconds, you heal 15 health.
Killing an enemy instantly grants +30 health and allows you to switch weapons.
-50 max health. (Leaves you at 150)

For idea 2, thats a little bit redundant, as a pyro could just equip the powerjack for the exact same speed buff without having to hit anyone
Just think of this with the main stats with the degreaser pyro... *shudders*
This is my pick:
Pros: +25% swing speed
+10% damage
Cons: Every swing(hit or miss) causes 25 damage to player
