I would recommend a damage decrease of 10% if firing speed is added.
Although none of this probably matters because Valve don't care :D

Thats my opinion as the creator. You sacrifice damage for firing speed which depending on your situation and playstyle is a fair trade off.
Pyro melee is underpowered,so why not give it no downsides except for Honorbound?
