This worked for me :) My Mod folder was not named "SuperSpyglasPlus" but got a number. Not sure if others get the same number. But after i replaced the name with the number it worked.

admincheat GiveItem "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/2594067220/SuperSpyGlass/PrimalItemWeapon_SuperSpyglassPlus.PrimalItemWeapon_SuperSpyglassPlus'" 1 0 0

Where is the folder even located? None of these codes work for me.
