same, i've spent hours looking for that bunker, the only "bunker" i could find is that underground dungeon

yeah, i think the code triggers something, because there's nothing behind the door just an empty room

Ok i think i found something, i don't know how but i was searching for more clues and a message appear in the countryside of the train rail https://prnt.sc/1rilvze , to be sure that was not a message from an another addons i have desactivate all of them and the message was still here after a time

i have just replicated your screenshot and i managed to make the message spawn after i moved the trains around, this message feels like a dialogue, we are definitely missing something

I search and i think there really no bunker, but i found the code of the door in the sewers ( 5483 ) and the admin room above the city

right next to these notes in the police evidence room is a big breaking bad reference with the magnet in the u hall truck, so it could be referring to walter white or thats just what the creator got the name walter from

The notes found in the Asheville Police Station is a model ripped from the source engine game INFRA. The person named Walter is an antagonist character featured in INFRA, Berg being another character from INFRA's story.

INFRA is a pretty neat game too, do check it out.

The door might be a reference to an infamous scary secret found in infra early in the game

It's a Breaking Bad Refference. WALTER White, HeisenBERG. Theres even the magnetic truck and the laptop against the wall. Just a Breaking Bad refference, I wouldn't overthink it too much.
