Stats?
This should be able to destroy projectiles. Any ideas?

-10 percent friing speed
+50 percent max ammo on primary ammo
+20 percent damage

-10% start up speed, able to destroy projectiles, +5% walking speed, -10% damage,+5% firing speed
My pick:
Pros:
+20% damage, +10% walking speed while firing, can destroy projectiles that aren't crit
Cons:
-25% accuracy, -2 health per second while firing, -25% medic and pickup heal

It would be the pre-release Minigun with a health debuff.

I think this would be a good idea.

I think it should be able to destroy building faster? like 15% damage to buildings? The name kinda fits it. The Shrapnel Shredder. Then again just an idea.

i think with the shorter barrel maybe more spread while firing somwhere on it?

I thought it might be explosie maybe.
Like:
-%100 Movement Speed while firing (Can move per usual while spinning up) -%50 Max Ammo
+%25 Damage and shot deal damage to enemies and buildings within a small radius.

+Weapons droped on the ground will be picked up and boosts how much ammo you can carry (maximum being 500)
+10% damage
all other ways of getting ammo will not increase ammo capasity
-10 deploy speed
supply lockers do not reset boost
+50% ammo
Minigun explodes if it overheats (15 seconds of non-stop firing with gradual cooldown which is half it's time to overheat)

My thoughts for this weapon :
+ 25% Damage (+)
+ 20% Accuracy (+)
+ 10% Barrel spin-up time (-)
+ 50% Explosive damage from projectiles (-)
Builds up Powerlust from getting hit by projectiles.
Alt-fire: Forms a shield that destroys(or deflects) projectiles. (10 secs)

+300 spawning ammo (500 in the round).
+Silent spin up.
+Silent kills. (DESTROY THE EVIDENCE!!!!)
