Bug with numbers?
At least two times when picking up two golden pennies in the same room, I ended up with 70+ pennies. Is that possible?

I should point out that I have the Blessings mod, even though it doesn't affect golden coin disappearing chance, maybe there is a conflict between the two?

I just tested with the blessings mod and I believe it's not a bug. I sometimes get around 20 coins, and occasionally, I only get 1 coin. The disappearing chance is based on the 5% chance on Isaac wiki, so picking up 35 coins in a row is approximately 17%. It's low but not impossible, so I guess you are very lucky at that moment :)
