Depends on your preference, on my game anyway, the MW19 blood pools tend to get pretty big while this one(judging by the screenshots) seems to have smaller blood pools. I'd say both are about of the same quality, just pick them depending on the blood pool size you'd prefer.

The Modern Warfare pools have a custom animation but are a flat colour and they dissappear over time, mine doesn't have any animations apart from the decal expanding but the pool has more depth in my opinion, and it stays until you clear up everything. Personally, I think the MW Pools are better but are more intensive.

oh also mw pools dont work so im sticking with this one for now

you sure? it works for me and I'm on the 64 bit branch of gmod. maybe that's the issue

oh i just reinstalled the addon and it worked ._.
