Stats for the led sentry
well heres my idea first
Big sentry
+15 speed
-10 ammo
+30 bullet dmg
+2 missle dmg
Medium Sentry
+20 speed
-10 ammo
+15 bullet dmg
Small Sentry
+30 speed
-10 ammo
-20 bullet dmg
a stat that every sentry has
When Sapped By red tape will take 2 minutes to break
When Sapped by regular sapper will take a minute and 30 seconds

sooo it will take forever to destroy the sentry lol
I think the red tape should destroy in 30 secs (still, pretty long.) and normal sappers take 15 seconds.

guys, new weapons doesnt mean OP stats. is there ANY other weapon in the game that you can just choose and be OP? no, and it shouldnt be unbalanced because then everybody would use the same weapon.

But for stats :

-Does not shoot missiles
+Shoots lasers. (Similair projectile to the pompson, still uses a fire based hitbox but doesnt set fire to players, only arrows.)

And the lasers may cause a little explosion..

Every sentry bullet, does max 16 damage ( Not minicrit ), so this means that the small sentry can't damage at all?
It should be a reskin.

Nah i think it just requires a hole new stat or just a small change, not like this huge unbalanced list above.
if you would change alot. change everything. so like always shoots projectiles for example

this cant just be a reskin. then the next big engi thing would suck. engi hardly ever gets anything good ( for example the damn pompson, only thing nice and different is the mini sentry and the wrangler & the Shotguns. Or is that just me)

A cow mangler 3000 charged rocket would make more sense. Also, less health. To me that technology looks really fragile! If sentry is over half health, a sapper will explode after sapping half the sentry's max health. But the question is... *equips Gunslinger* Laser Mini-Sentry?

There should probably be a laser minisentry. Here's a more balanced stat approach:

Laser Mini-Sentry:

Health: 80% that of a regular Minisentry. Has half the max ammo of normal, but does 2x more damage.

Lvl 1 Laser Mini-Sentry:

Health: 80% of normal
Damage: Normal
Projectile Speed: Instant

Lvl 2 Laser Minisentry:

Health: 120% normal
Damage: +33%
Projectile Speed: Instant

Lvl 3 Laser Minisentry:

Health: 150% normal
Damage: +50%
Projectile Speed(Primary): Instant
Projectile Speed(Secondary): Fast (Cow Mangler 5000 Charged Shots)

The main "projectile" should be an actual laser. It hits targets instantly. It doesn't do too much damage, but the damage stacks up fast. Uses up 3.14 ammo per second.

Also, some Cow Mangler resistance.

Erm, you realize mini-sentries can't upgrade, right? Unless the Lvl 1 2 and 3 stats were for the regular sentry.

it should just be a re skin because valve won't add new stats because it would be hard enough to get the lighting system down

Valve gave engineers an inventory slot just for the PDA.
I just don't see why they won't use it.
There should be two major differences here, in my opinion.
1. The sentries shoot lasers that pass through enemies, similar to the Righteous Bison or Pomson. The level 3 'rockets' would be a more powerful beam (perhaps like an overcharged Cow Mangler shot?)
2. No knockback.
Leave the damage, the health, etc.. just those two differences. If anything else, have the gun overheat after a certain period of time firing and be unable to fire but apply burning to those nearby (not including teammates, but whether or not the engi that built it will be affected is another matter.)
