You can find it somewhere in here [officialdigitalero.org], just use ctrl + F and type Toriel, it's the one on the black background. You have to download it through the gmod folder, so if you don't know how to do that then look it up.

Oh, yeah, you kinda need an account to go on the website. If you want the model that bad then it shouldn't be a problem.
