MOA uses PatchOperationAdd which causes duplicate XML node errors - this is likely the root cause.

On world generation I receive a Null Ref - Could not find player faction. I have not play tested enough to determine if this causes further bugs when only MOA and dependencies are installed.

When VFE - Mechanoids Tab and Rim War are added (along with their dependencies) the Null Ref turns into a CTD.
