It doesnt seem to be working for me at all, i go to the next floor and the stat increases dont seem to work

There could be a mod conflict going on, just tested it again by its self and with about 100 mods n it worked ok. Are there any errors in the log?

Ill let you know about any log errors next time I find it! (im having a general modding issue rn so its been a sec and will likely be a lil while)
