I don't think this works as intended. I tried to rebalance it by reducing water loss from atmosphere to 0.2% since 2% is too much, and it seems to stop working, although it says there should be negative water gain. Also I don't think the vaporators are not reducing any water level. There are also some visual bugs with waterworld wonder mod since it detects it as a moisture vaporator.
