Добрый вечер, проблема с вашей стороны. Если у вас ранее был установлен Union city то та карта будет конфликтовать с этой.

Исправить очень легко, удалить карту Юнион сити, найти его в папке workshop, 4000 и айди аддона. После чего удалить Юнион сити в самом воркшопе. Далее удаляем папки кэш,луа,саундс. Ну и в конце делаем проверку кэша игры. Заходим и наслаждаемся игрой.

Soon there will be a new version of the map with a fix for this bug

Do you have a Union card installed? If yes then follow these steps:
1) Remove all Union cards
2) Clear game cache and union map workshop files
3) Unsubscribe from the Union card
4) Subscribe to this card
5) Restart the game

The fix is very easy, remove the Union City map, find it in the Workshop folder, 4000 and the addon id. Then delete Union City in the workshop itself. Next, delete the cache,lua,sounds folders. And finally, we check the game cache. Let's go and enjoy the game.
