How the mod works (7/18/2022)
Alright so there is a lot to cover so I'm gonna try and throw all the features into their own organized categories.

And we'll begin, with

Parliament

Every democratic country starts with a parliament, and non-aligned countries can form their own parliaments through the political decisions category. Parliaments show the political alignment of most of your country. There are 4 parties at one time that can win seats in parliament through lobbying.

USA

USA works differently in this mod now, the new legislation this mod adds can only be accessed by USA depending on the president and your support in congress. Conservative and Nationalist laws can only be accessed if there is a Republican or Nationalist president, and vise-versa. However this does not apply to laws, which can be enacted with just support in congress.

Lobbying

Lobbying adds 10 seats to the party selected
Seats are important because it allows a certain party to win a majority. (above 101 seats)
Majorities allow you enact reforms and acts based on what party branch is in a majority:

If a party is through the liberal branch (Liberals, Anarchists, and Libertarians)
you can enact Liberal acts and reforms, which includes powerful acts for development.

If a party is through the conservative branch (Conservatives, Constitutionals, Monarchists)
you can enact Conservative acts and reforms, which has powerful acts for improving the military.

If a party is through the socialist branch (Socialists, Populists, Communists)
you can enact Socialist acts and reforms, which has powerful acts for keeping approval & stability high.

If a party is through the nationalist branch (Nationalists, Federalists, Fascists)
you can enact Nationalist acts and reforms, which includes voting for wars.

Certain branches can only enact certain reforms as well.
(example: Socialists can enact Universal Healthcare, but Conservatives cannot)

Currently, parliament composition cannot change through events

Radicals

Radicalizing your parties (which is probably poorly worded) allows you to form new parties. and lets you go down paths for anarchy and monarchy.

Currently you can become Monarchist by:
Getting a conservative majority --- Radicalize Conservatives --- Increase popularity for Monarchy --- Form the Monarchist Party --- Crown a Monarch

Currently you can become Anarchist by:
Getting a liberal majority --- Radicalize Liberals --- Increase popularity for Anarchy --- Form the Anarchist Party --- Dissolve the Government

You can also form Parties such as the Libertarian Party and the Populist Party by radicalizing their base parties (Liberal and Socialist)

Approval

Your Approval rating is how happy your parliament and population is with your ruling.
Approval is decreased by doing actions that benefit you, rather than the people, and events. And it is increased by doing things that help the people.

If your Approval Rating is low, there might be assassination attempts. and if your stability is low at the same time. there will be civil unrest.

Things that help the people are usually progressive reforms, and a few decisions that people would obviously be happy if you took.

Elections

Elections that are held through decisions, or naturally past 1946 allow you to elect the top 4 parties in parliament.
You can choose to keep your current leader or to get rid of them and place a new party in power.

You can adjust this in the game options, allowing the game version of elections before 1946 as well.

Movements & Unrest

Every country begins with reforms based on their starting ideology and country.
Communist states such as the Soviet Union begins with Socialist reforms, while Non Aligned countries rule traditionally.

But now you must be cautious with the government you select, failing to deliver Socialist Reforms to a Communist state will drop your approval and movements will form.

Movements

Movements are pretty simple. If the people are not satisfied with your reforms, they will band together for change.

You can refuse these changes by suppressing these movements, but the people will keep protesting until action is taken.
The Reforms movements can demand:

Civil Rights Movement: Grant Equal Rights for Minorities
Women's Suffrage: Grant Equality for Women
Workers Strike: Grant Lower Taxes
Common School: Grant Free Education
Healthcare: Grant Free Healthcare
Anti War Movement: End the War
Freedom Movement: Grant Elections
Anti Immigration Movement: Grant Stricter Immigration Laws

Protests Sweep the Nation!

If you're getting protest events a lot, chances are you need to fix something in your country.

People will protest if:
a) your stability and approval is low
b)your draft is unpopular
c)a movement is very strong
d) you don't have elections but democracy is popular

If you are losing many troops in a war, your war support may deteriorate, and movements will form to end the war.

Economy

The Economy is an important part of this mod, in that it affects everything in your country in some way.
If your debt reaches below your debt limit, you will go bankrupt.

Money is used to pay for laws, decisions, and
your military. Money can also be swindled off by corrupt politicians.

*You must have a tax law to make money, otherwise you cannot make income when constructing buildings

Everything in the mod connects back to the economy. if you don't have any money, you will go into debt trying to do most actions. Even if you pay civilian factories, this removes money directly from your income.

Cash is earned through Taxes (industry and population), Printing, Loans, Aid, Trade, and ports.
Your income and expenses are calculated every week, and can be modified by your economic system, which is chosen in your constitution. Tax income can also be modified by your number of civilian factories, so it's always good to have as many as possible (to simulate bureaucratic efficiency, and nerf India and China)

Printing money may inflate your economy.

Constitution

The constitution lets you modify how your country is run, your government type depends on your constitution, and the feature is great if you would like to customize your nation.
You can access your constitution in the politics tab above your national focus.

Supreme Court

The Supreme court deals with any disputes or problems that might need to be fixed in your country. Winning in the supreme court depends on your actions in the moment, and the judge. and it can win you thousands of political power, or a tarnished reputation.

Cases can be related to:

- Discriminatory Laws
- Sexual Assault
- Foreign Policy
- Corruption

Food

Food is a new resource which is consumed by your population and military.
It is important you meet your food consumption otherwise you risk getting the famine event. Food consumption can be checked in the constitution and through the bowl national spirit.

Famines currently strike when you don't meet your food consumption.
Famines unlock a decision chain to provide relief and eventually restore order to the country. Very simple system that works the same as Corruption.

Events

Events that happen also entice political bickering inside of your country, and parties will blame each other for tragedies or take responsibility for good events in order to try and obtain an edge over another.

Events may affect the amount of seats in your parliament, or be a direct result of how you're ruling.

Almost everything in the mod is centered around the parliament, events, or economy

Immigration

People will begin leaving your country when the political, diplomatic, or economic situation in your country deteriorates. People will come to your country if a nearby one is in turmoil, or your laws and policies are favorable.

Policies

Policies provide small buffs to your country at the cost of daily political power.
Some policies require a certain government type to enact.

Taxes can be increased in the vanilla political/law screen (where you can change conscription)

Ways of making money:
- Taxes
- Tariffs
- Cutting spending
- Building more civilian factories
- Changing your economic system in the constitution (interventionist capitalism, communism, etc.)
- Changing mobilisation laws to civilian economy
- Not building anything (it takes money out of your investment pool to build)
- Changing trade laws to sell more resources
- Conquest

How am I supposed provide my army with the rations of food they require me ? I suppose that rations could be produced with food, but I still don't actually know how to do it properly. However, I don't know if it is actually caused by this mod, since when I downloaded it (or later) I can no longer add any battallions such as normal infantry, motorized or cavarly in the division templates.
Same happened with super-heavy tanks but I'm less sure about that, since I think it could be related to an update of the game.
