Change the duration of the salting process?
Is there a way to edit the XML file so I can lower the time it takes for meat to salt? (or for you, Argon to change how long it takes). As there seems to be no benefit to salt meat that takes almost 1/4th of a rimworld year. I understand that you might be trying to make the mod realistic but it doesn't seem very practical at least to me, since there are other mods (VFE, Medieval Overhaul, etc) that allows you to either smoke or dry meat within a few days extending the shell life.

I think I'll just rebalance it an update. I have been checking the files and I think I may've exaggerated a little... oops .-.

Based on what little reading I did for my own IRL meat salting even the current times are a bit longer than they should be for realistic times.

Addition: based on my math 1 RimWorld day is roughtly 6 days assuming time compression, and assuming my reading is correct that would mean most meats should be done in about 2-3 RW days or 9(total) for sausage

well 2-3 days for any sausage might be fine but im currently modified the mod and trying out 2/4/8/10/15/20 days for awful/poor/normal/good/masterwork/legendary

i think if you want legendary sausages (there's a ♥♥♥♥ joke somewhere there find it yourself) there should be some cost thats why i kept legendary at 20 days.

For anyone else who is like me and tried to adjust Processor Times for Sausages and Salted Meat themselves:
Don't change the Time in this Mod. Head over to the SYR Processor Download files and change it there
