how Do I use Saiyan Chad in local mode?

I can use chad drip in online matches but i cant see any of the skins that I can when im in local matches, is there no way to do this or is there a requirement to unlock him like there is for chad ranger

as i know, some skins are gained whit OTHER workshop chars
i can't help you as i can only say this thing for a true fact...kind of.

Hi! I had this problem at first too, but that's just a bug. It happens with many characters, not just Chad. You just gotta reinstall Rivals, or just "file check" on steam.
