Pawns are throwing a yellow error and getting stuck in a standing loop.

this error was for the brick extruder but same thing happens for porcelain.
tested with research reinvented turned off and prisoner work, zoned and unzoned.
Manual forced refilling works intermittently as well

TryMakePreToilReservations() returned false for a non-queued job right after StartJob(). This should have been checked before. curJob=IP_InsertSecondIngredient (Job_2043391) A=Thing_N7_ElectricBrickExtruder292924
