Agony v0.1.0

- Agony changes (public order portion) can now be tracked in the Happiness panel of each settlement
>> you can therefore also keep track of the AI's Agony levels

- at Agony levels with positive bonuses, shielded units now gain the attribute to bandage wounds when out of combat

- at Agony levels with light negative "bonuses", all melee elite units now gain the "cause fear" attribute

- at Agony levels with strong negative "bonuses", all melee elite units now gain the "cause terror" attribute

- at Agony levels with very strong negative "bonuses", all melee units gain the "berserk" attribute

- slightly increased positive Agony gains from won battles

- differentiating now between forces abroad and forces in enemy territory *
>> Agony gain only when in enemy territory
>> higher Agony reduction when in home territory

- added positive Agony gains when raiding enemy territory *
>> raiding in enemy territory will not count anymore towards Agony gain for forces in enemy territory

- added negative Agony gains when enemy raids own territory *

- added Agony gains when declaring war

- added Agony gains when recruiting units **

- added Agony loss when disbanding units **
