Confederations?
Currently playing a campaign as Achilles. Turn 109 - don't see any options to confederate anyone.

Has it been disabled? What are the conditions? Have liberated a faction and was looking to confederate them at some point.

Currently you cannot confederate factions that are at war and you can also not confederate major factions with homeric characters.
Reason is that Agony allows re-emerging factions and for that reason it is necessary that the homeric leaders are staying in that faction -so cannot be confederated-.

Thanks! Absolutely love your mod.

Although it was a minor faction with no homeric characters present and not at war - there is simply no icon for confedereations at all.

Can you tell me which faction you were and what was your confederation target? It might be also due to cultural differences (based of the vanilla rules)
