Some questions/feedback
Hi, first of all, having an absolute blast with the mod, the pacing and challenge are amazing!
I do have some questions though.

Currently I'm playing with Nestor, cca turn 450. What I noticed is that some buildings don't unlock any new units or bonuses (e.g Royal Barracks, Marksmen's Range, Armoury). Is that intended or is it a bug?

As a suggestion, I think enabling vassalization for all factions would be awesome because it could tie in very well with the whole resource/manpower/happiness balancing act you have to do. So you sacrifice control of a region (and the sweet, sweet manpower) in exchange for a trickle of resources and maybe being able to recruit units from vassals (in limited numbers).

And the last one I can think of for now is that Club Warriors seem a bit OP.

In any case, thanks for the amazing mod and best of luck going forward!

Thanks a lot for the feedback.

I do think about enabling vassalization for all factions but paused it shortly when thinking that liberation had the vassal option (which it turns out it did not).
It will be a weaker version of Agamemnon's vassals but it will happen somewhere down the line.

Minor factions currently do not have a full roster, that;s why many buildings aren't useful yet. It will expand in time though.
To expand your roster as e.g. Nestor, you should make use of the regional recruitment (RR) or making allies and recruit mercenaries of their roster when being in their regions.

Regarding Club Warriors, do you mean the 1 handed club warriors that can dish out quiet a bit of damage? They are not shielded if I remember corrrectly and a bit of a glass canon.
If you have trouble fighting against them, it is best to take them out early on with your ranged units.

Thanks for the reply!

Looking forward to the roster updates and diplomacy options.

And yes, Club Warriors do fall to missiles quite easily but I still think they have a bit too much staying power in melee. Then again they are expensive in bronze so I suppose that balances it out.

The weapon system in Agony differentiates in weapon quality and weapon speed.
Club Warriors have an average weapon quality but the superior weapon speed, due to their low armor and the fact that the weapon is one handed and they wear no shield.

So in the damage stats you will see that the actual damage of the weapon is relatively low but the attack speed is very fast.
