COPY / PASTE POLL QUESTIONS WITH A "Y" OR AN "N" AFTER THE PASTE
- lower beeping sound on mock bomb sites? *Y*
- remove beeping? *N* I think it's a nice touch and IMO makes the map a little more unique. If it were a defuse map I'd lean more towards removing it so as to avoid confusing CT players
- helicopter fly away to remove distractive sound after round start? *N* Again, I think this is a nice touch to the map, having the helicopter directly above a hostage rescue zone makes it a little more believable, and if it were a real situation, I'm positive helicopters would be relatively close so that they could escort hostages as far away as possible when they've been rescued
- remove long ladders up the sides of building? *N* Makes T players keep more alert knowing there's more ways for CTs to reach the hostages
- reduce number of rescue points? *Y* I seriously have no idea where any other zones are, besides on the roof and one I found by accident on the street :P
Thanks for your input, for the BETA 3 version out soon, I have the helicopter take off and orbit low. In an actual situation, any police or troops dropped in by helo would have to deal with the fact that the chopper pilot would leave the area, considering they are pilots and not combatants and also due to the overall value of the vehicle. With terrorists in the building, it is actually unlikely a helo would be used to insert a team except in really extreme circumstances, but I thought it was a nice touch also.
thanks for your answers and for checking out the map
