Just for fun, in your labelText entries, change the
filter = "NUMBER" entry to

filter = "CUSTOM",
params = {expr = "\\d+",replace = "21C1\\0"}

OK, so I was still looking at Steve's models. However, the above will allow you to get authentic looking numbers on the locomotives.
