sometimes mechanic and engineer roles wouldnt have their techpriest and enginseer names (possibly due to conflicting mods or the new barotrauma update)

It happens because of "fight" between mod localization of overrided vanilla profs and game's original localization

Currently the new perks for the magos and guardsman don't have actual selected perk UI squares. Any fix for this?

has a few conflicts with this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2688847571 namely the laspistol ammo from the other mod not having a name with this mod pretty good overall though

Well, if we are be a little bit more correctly I would say I won't work at competibility patches before I finish the 90% of planned content and also if someone using our files and code conflicts with this mod is problem of those author, who using our mod without overriding the IDs or other code stuff

Having an issue where upgrading the default coilguns to lascannons on the dugong 40k results in the new turrets being "inside" the outer hull (so they can only hit the sub itself)

I dug around a little and I think it's your "origin" placement location that is off
Lines 5-9 in the sublascanon.xml -
If you change it to the default coilgun location - origin="128,215" it pops into the right location (For me at least)

Hopefully it'll help :)

Sadly no, but the firing arc seems to work though - I'll dig around a little and see if I can make it happen :)
