50 is a bit over the top, how about 20? and as i always say, a slow scout is a dead scout.
20% atack speed
health pack on any weapon kill
unable to take ammo and health from dinspensers while equiped

Seeing as it's a bamboo sword...
-20 damage.
+20 attack speed.

Mini-crits anybody you hit while you're in the air. Useful for ambushes and swordplay. You've actually got to plan your attacks to have them be effective.
When you taunt you do a bow with your sword, then do a downwards cleave which one-shots people. Basically just the same as the sandman/atomizer.

That's pretty cool, but I think it's going to need a bigger nerf, as your first two stats basically cancel each other out

I think crits will be fun for swordplay. However they might make the mini-crits meaningless.
