Report a translation problem
I have been in the same mission of getting rid of the tribes since I a still in the ancient age, if they are set to defensive then that would explain it, I also don't reember what difficulty I am on.

If you can't fully disable the mod within the in-game Mod Manager, simply remove the mod folder from the "mods" folder of your RoN installation. You can put it in a temporary folder somewhere else on your PC if you want to make reinstalling it in the future easier. RoN doesn't load all resources from mods that aren't installed locally, but the trade off is that it also still keeps loading some files even if the mod in question is disabled. That is a bug that the developers would have to fix, which they surely won't, sadly.
Regarding CBP, Rise of Humankind is incompatible with most other mods because they usually overwrite the same files. However, a lot of the things CBP fixes are also fixed by Rise of Humankind, so you won't need it anyway.
