When starting a new game and trying to create a custom fluid ideoligion, it brings you to a grayed out version of the fixed ideologion screen instead, preventing you from starting a new game with a fluid ideoligion. I recreated the bug with only Harmony and Intentional Proselytism mods loaded. Here's my Player.log:

At settings no description, but in Language/Keyed string exist.

And message like:
You cant use "convert": pawn must be another ideo than converter.
But the convert goes fine, even after this message.
(I already convert slave in my ideo, but now try convert into new "slave" ideo.)

If you can disable that message - it'll be good. But if not, then it's okay.

The mod seems to have broken in 1.5, where you cannot create a second religion without the religion be bugged and not display anything when selected after choosing the memes.
