Graphics settings wont apply after restart.

the settings save if im using the unmoded game, but as soon as i start GOM it resets.

i can play the game with few frame drops n whatnot but would prefer to reduce them some for a smoother experience.

i cheched if the ROEengine.ini was read-only and its not. cant find the GOM one yet.
