Obsidian Multitool, What does it do?

I think maybe adding some type of indicator to tell you what the multitool mode your on actually does would be pretty beneficial, because I can't really tell what mode does what even after hitting stuff to try to figure it out. just simply putting it in the description would also work.

It can shift between Hatchet, Pick, Sickle and Club with the push of middle mouse button
