I'm guessing this is just because I have a relatively old GPU but when I spawn in a train my FPS goes immediately from a 40 FPS to 20 FPS which that in itself kinda stinks. Then when I start to move it, it goes all the way down to 5 or 3 FPS which renders it unplayable from me. I run an AMD Radeon R9 290x Reference and an AMD FX-6300.

I just need to know if it's cause of my setup or not.
