1. in theory, it should be no problem to start up the 81-722 provided that you go into the ulities settings of Metrostroi under Admin, then unchick the option that the Train requires 3rd rail power. Though the thing is that the tracks that the metrostroi trains run on have to be a similar track guage to run properly. Though you would have to disable to ABS and AES since the non-metrostroi maps are not equip with either the ABS which is the speed limiter system and AES whgich acts at the signal system.

2. There was some changes in the startup - procedure since an addtion. If you use the metrostroi tool gun, there are a few presets in the, with Dead-end, Dead-end after night, depot, and fully started up. thing required in the patch with regards to dead-end and dead-end after night is that you have to turn on the switches in the ciruit breaker behind the driver's seat. Then startup with the standard operating procedure with the 81-722. Though to be honest, I have not have success with fully starting up the 81-722 from Dead-end, Dead-end after night, and depot mode. For the time being, the best option is to set the preset in the metrostroi tool gun to the preset to fully start up.

3. There are any new videos to my knowledge since post patch in english.

1) Metrostroi trains can run on each map(only maybe you need turn off 3rd rail detection, as Acela1a said

2) How much wagons you have? 722 can activate only with 3 and 6 wagons configuration(because need right count of motor and non-motor wagons)

So that was the problem! That was because I tested 81-722 on gm_unlimited map and I spawned 4 wagons to test with. And that train only accepts 3 or 6 wagons. Thanks for nerfing that train! Now I have to stick with only 3 wagons train, because spawning 6 wagons of 81-722 causes me to have huge FPS drops and in extreme cases, my Gmod crashes with "Lua panic not enough memory" error

I have trouble, and can't start up any trains. Even before this update, sometime around 3/??/2018, I could only start up 1 train, and it would sometimes take me hours.

Insert reverser(Shift+0)
Move it forward(0) If you hear ARS signal - press Space
Open driver valve (Shift+L)
Move

Hello everyone, after another major update of the metrostroi I got another naughty train refusing to start up. Ander Hop, what train type? 720 and 722 have a bit different startup - on 720 you need initialize computer system, on 722 you need activate working cab in computer system
