Have you thought about changing the start position image in faction select to the location where she actually starts at?

plans on doing other factions :3 i would love to see more i would even love a mod where the generic lords of all would be a bit different you know i mean^^ its broing to scroll thru diplomacy and sehh 90 percent same faces XD

only if for dark elves lol :p

now there are plans to polish the karond kar. I will introduce a unique hero and unit and solve the problem with the Parte mod.

One last suggestion for harpy buffs, maybe in Shakkara's army specifically get bleed/damage over time and armor sunder? Sorry for all the harpy buff mentions, it'd make harpies very good at dealing with weak/fleeing infantry and turning them into as much of a core unit as actual infantry.

It'd also make sense because I imagine Karond Kar's gameplay to be a split between Lokhir's mainly sea-based and Rakarth's mainly monster-based gameplay. This harpy buff would be the rakarth side that Shakkara is missing.

It also wouldn't be THAT op because it'd only affect the legendary lord's army, not every other army.

Also, I don't know how advanced you are at modding, but would it be possible to make a mount for Shakkara where it's just a dark elf boat being held up by a massive horde of harpies? It'd be amazing.

You of course don't have to do either of these ideas, I just like suggesting them.

oh yeah aside from the faction effect being something i would never touch or play with, everything else looks really cool, i know her idea is pirates n stuff and not real infantry, but maybe make it like tehenauin who cant really use saurus at start, that way when you get other legendary lords or stuff that wants to use high tier infentry they can, i personally play legendary lords with the units they buff for flavor so i would still go the stuff that she buffs.

It's a good idea, but I don't know how to implement it yet. actually, I can try to put a -50% reduction for these units into her personal skills, so that in the end it turns out +50% instead of 200%

I have an idea. Once you confederate Malekith that debuff should be removed. Since the Witch King is the race leader all types of troops fall in line.
