It like around 2037 now and I still have Andrey Moskvin in charge.
I thought by now there would be some type of event or something that would let me take the Andrey's part of the focus tree and get his bonuses. But so far, I think that part of the tree is bugged and locked out.

If I redo it, how would I access the Andrey part of the focus tree? Or the Maxim or Koburt part?

Also I small thing I noticed is that focus that lets me take over the Emerald City was locked since I took too long to reclaim the bridge and the Emerald City had already took it. So I had to use commands to take it out.
