After playing Commonwealth of Europe multiple times I noticed that the Focus "Ready to Take" to get a wargoal on the Worm Cult is bugged or i don't understand it.
I am a neighbor of the Worm Cult but it says the requirements to are not fulfilled. My guess for it is because it is the wrong tag in the focus because it says that I as Europe need to be a neighbor of Europe instead of the Worm cult.

Does anybody know if you need to do something special for it to work or if it is bugged?
