The main gun is not respoinding to vertical commands anymore

Please write in detail how that happened, because everything works fine for me if I follow these steps

1) Get in the tank
2) Turn on the key, and systems will go online.
3) Aim at desired target and press 3 (RANGEFINDER).<----- After this step, you can adjust the gun vertically at any moment. You will have to range every target that you wish to hit with precision though.
