Beware that EyeRefract Shader won't work in CS: GO
This model should be free to access for every single biological existence, as I said
Although I tried my best to keep everything under Source Engine's limit while making it not look like a PS1 era model
But it is still pretty heavy, not perfect, dang those MMD models were so hardware hungry.
