First of all, I love this mod and the clarity it brings to connections.
For this update, I've installed all the Alternatives as well, cleared the Cache, and loaded up into my Creative World. And I've noticed that one of your textures may be conflicting with a texture in Durf's "The Modpack Polygons".

See screenshot of what's happening [i.gyazo.com].The polygons are supposed to be charcoal gray by default until painted, after installing the mod they have a different texture.

Edit: Went back and reset everything to default, then only added the basic "Data" folder, no "Alternatives", and the texture is not overwritten now. Seems like it's one of the Alternatives that does this.

Thanks for the feedback!
My guess is that the problem is the texture for the not connected bearing. We found out that it uses a generic "transparent" texture that (as far as we can tell) was used by nothing else in the game.
Sadly, this means that i have no fixes other than to avoid using the unconnected bearing alternative.
