Fixed(?) Cant core with Hades Horde (hey I rhymed)
So I got to the point where I have destroyed the players in the nether along with the cannibals and the basalt pigs. But then for some reason I stopped being able to core. I meet all the requirements, I have plenty of PP and all of the states border me. Is there some way to fix this or is this save ruined?
Edit: For some reason my cores came back for no reason, I am going to keep this here just so the devs can try and find out what went wrong

I also can still claim land if that helps at all

Got the same issue today on my first playthrough. I took out the cannibals and just finished coring all their states before it cut me off. I can still claim states and am working towards declaring war on the Soul Warriors, just can't core the states anymore.

I thought it was caused by losing the effect To The Portals as I had lost it just before this issue arose, but I'm not confident if thats the true cause.

Its not been resolved yet in my game but hopefully it will soon.
