Normal - Beat the whole map without using any other weapon other than the cleaver (found in the kitchen of the apartment you spawn in). Throwing, kicking and punching normally are all fine, just do not pick up any other weapon other than the cleaver. Any special abilities and beneficial modifiers are not allowed.

'Dead meat' - All rules from above are in effect but you have to play it with the TOP DOWN -modifier enabled.
