the gotta sweep model is glitched

what addon makes this model glitch? do you have the same issue as me?

for me the gotta sweep is all glitched and looks like a triangle and has loads of spikes
and also the arts and crafts prop has no pupils

go to my workshop and press artwork, you should see what the gotta sweep model looks like for me
