I you you turn on the quality effect cool down
VAE [vanilla apparel expanded] can not function along will all other VFE items

This seem to defeat the function of this mod as other quality controls function mods do not break this compatibility

can there be an alternate method to make it work with VFE

A work-a-round that Does Use This Mod is to use these mods to get a similar effect
they seem to work with this mod if you keep the cooldown effect off with this mod
the health of items,not buildings, seem to not stay on reload as all seem to have missing
