For starters i was playing with my friend using remote play. I was player 2 using controller and my friend was player 1 using keyboard, because he didnt have his controller at the time.
Im mentioning this in case it was probably remote play acting up.
On a side note i was tarnished keeper and my friend was tainted forgotten in case that matters too.

Bug 1. for some reason a third health bar of bone and soul hearts appeared. none of us had bone hearts. My friend thought it was tainted forgotten's skeleton even though the pile of bones doesnt have health. I believe it went away next floor but it was a day ago and i didnt think much of it at the time.

Bug 2. The tainted forgotten's skeleton died and had a ghost and it seemed to be the default isaac ghost too. dont even know how but it happened

Bug 3. when my friend died and got revived it turned the keeper's health into bone hearts. I dont even know how this happened but it did. dont think i could get red hearts though. I also couldnt get more health with coins and the bone hearts stayed even after the next floor unlike the first bug.

After i died im pretty sure the game crashed soon after so that was interesting.
This could be happening because i had mods like moai tinted rocks or because of remote play but these really need fixing.
