It would be 20 Gauge with 4 rounds, and pump-action. Since the only 20 Gauge ammo in the game is the 2 20 Gauge Shells for the "Masterkey", you would have to make a craftable ammo that combines 2 sets of the shells into one 4 piece so that it can be loading into the "Novuh".
Unlike most shotguns this one would have a much tighter spread, and would have added range. However, it's downsides would be the limited ammo capacity (4) and it would deal less damage. To put it simply, it would be more like a hunting or clay shooting shotgun.
It is an automatic shotgun used by the United States Army, it can carry a straight magazine of 12 cartridges or a drum of 32
